George Kutzak gkutzak@gmail.com

*Send them emails about picketing duties and they can direct your emails to the appropriate person, have patience, someone will respond to you.

*If you are sick or have an appointment, you could be excused from picketing duties, have patience, someone will respond to you.

Finance

Abbie Mitchell cupe40treasurer@gmail.com

*Send Abbie the completed EFT forms and anything financially related.

Send Vik and Maritza emails about the Hardship Fund

Vikramjit Chand vchand1113@gmail.com

Maritza Delfin delmar_3821@hotmail.com

Please do not contact any of the other Executive or Pillar Leaders with questions or concerns about the matters above.

I know you have some people’s contact in your phones, but we all have certain duties we are trying to do and we can not be inundating people with requests and questions that have nothing to do with the work they’re trying to do.

None of us have done this before and we are trying our best to accommodate and answer everyone, please have patience, we are doing the best we can.

If your Supervisor or School contacts you…

Tell them that we are on strike and you’ll see them when we have a new contract, you have no obligation to answer any of their questions and we would appreciate it if you didn’t.

Picket Line for the rest of the week (February 26-28)

Our afternoon shifts are not well attended, making our lines look weak! To keep the line full and to stand in solidarity with Local 520, we will only be having one picket line for the rest of the week at Sir Winston Churchill.

Today, Thursday, & Friday

📍 Sir Winston Churchill High School

📍 5220 Northland Dr NW

🕖  8-12 Shift

🕖  12-4 Shift

Strike Pay

To receive Strike Pay you must work 20 hours a week on the picket line, that is 4 hours a day. Accommodations are based on need, not want, our expectation is that you report to the picket line for 4 hours a day.

March 7 will be the first day that we are issuing cheques, it just like any other job, there is a week delay, we can not pay you until the week is complete, that is why we are not issuing cheques this Friday.

Our number one priority is to make sure you receive your Strike Pay.

I know this is stressful, but if we stick together, we can win this fight.

✅ THERE WILL BE NO INTERRUPTION TO YOUR BENEFITS.

The Longer the Line, the Shorter the Strike!
